CWJC is a ministry of the Southern Baptist Woman’s Missionary Union. They offer job training skills for women of all ages to help them obtain and maintain employment.

Since its first semester, the ministry has grown and adapted its student’s needs. The church provides free child care, serves meals, provides entertainment during mealtime, and has occasionally brought in business owners from the community—nurses and other special guests who can provide services to the students.

The Heights is guiding victims of family abuse to safety and hope by connecting them to the services of many different nonprofits all together in one place.

MENTORS CARE

Mentors Care’s mission is to connect high school students at risk of not graduating with mentors, tools, and resources to help lead them toward graduation and purposeful, fulfilling lives. In addition, mentors Care will work with school districts that are historically underserved to enlist, train, and equip adult volunteer mentors who care about and believe in the kids they serve.

GLORYLAND EXPRESS

Midlothian

Gloryland Express provides a fun – safe environment for children to learn good citizenship, making good choices, and about Jesus Christ. We also help local churches train workers and start their bus ministries. We also provide free food to many in our ministry through our General Store. Thanksgiving & Christmas outreaches bring Jesus’ love to over 300 deserving children.

Texas Baptist Homes for Children is a Christ-centered foster care and adoption agency that cares for hundreds of children who need healing. We’re committed to the family and believe it is a story sent from God about how He loves and cares for every one of us. It is our purpose to see to it that this story never dies. God calls our staff, supporters, and volunteers to fight for the protection and preservation of the sanctity of these families.
