Germany Mission – 2023

We are just two weeks away from 30+ members of our church family boarding a plane to head to Germany for the fifth year of ministry with our partner church there. Over the past many years, we have had the privilege of partnering with churches in Bramsche and Gutersloh in northern Germany. Over those years, we have led baseball camps that have reached hundreds of children and their families for the Gospel. Our partner churches do so much to care for our teams while we are there. We stay in host homes, get transported everywhere, and are fed so well! Please pray for our teams, the churches in Bramsche and Gutersloh, safe travels, gospel impact throughout baseball camps, and evangelistic meetings in the evenings. On Friday night, July 28, both towns will be blessed with “Texas Night,” where we put on a carnival-type event with all things “Texas.” This is the best night to connect with the camper, their parents, and the community each year. Please mark that evening down (Actually 11:00 am our time here in Texas) to pray for great things to happen!

Mission trips like these are only made possible because of the overwhelming generosity of our church family. Thank you for being a church that is passionate about God’s story being told here and around the world through the efforts of our members. Germany 2023 is an extension of our desire to be resilient disciples who are leading people to pursue Jesus, where we live, work, and play. May God continue to bless our efforts to be His hands and feet…literally by using baseball as a tool for the gospel!

The Great Commission Matthew 28:18-20

Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
