Stress Into Strength

I hear it in the conversations of students.
I hear it in the conversations of married couples.
I hear it in our retirees.
I hear it at the grocery store, at the restaurant, and in my office.
STRESS punctuates our culture. Wars or rumors of wars, elections, rising utility costs, inflation across every quarter, relational strife, moral debates, and our all-consuming technology invasion–all of these present challenges that stress, worry, and exhaust us.

But can that be different? Can we learn how to transform stress into strength?

We begin a new series this coming Sunday, “Stress into Strength,” where we will seek a fresh perspective on responding to those stressors and allowing God to work in and through those issues. I believe it will lead us to change our choices on how we use our time, resources, and emotional energy. God wants to meet us in our stress and do more than help us tolerate it. He wants to transform it.

Join us for that journey!
